Yup. One theme is that those can all feel less like you're learning in the moment because they're harder, but they lead to better learning in the long run.

Iโ€™m finding this learning statistics for the first time. My old principal used to call the role of leaders โ€œchief repeating officers.โ€ Just as true for adults.

That's a great point about leadership. I had a leader once who thought they shouldn't ever have to repeat anything, and teachers were constantly confused.
