You wrote, "I don’t have any proof. This is just a theory." But what you wrote seems well-aligned with what I've been reading from cognitive scientists like Daniel Willingham, Carl Hendrick, Paul Kirschner and others. (And I note in the other comments you mentioned Willingham). Thank you for this clearly written post.
